And if you need inspiration for recipes for September’s seasonal goodies, here are a few!

Easy Coconut Curry – One of my favorite quick and easy dishes. I use frozen veggies when fresh are out of season. Now that both cauliflower and carrots are in season it’s a perfect time to make this dish.

Roasted Sweet Potato and Kale Salad – Sweet potatoes are so delicious. Pair them kale, dried cranberries, pecans and honey dijon dressing in yummy fall salad.

Apple Nachos – Eat them for dessert or breakfast. Either way, they’re delicious.

Avo-Toast – If you follow me on social media, you know I have a bit of an obsession with avocado toast. Here’s my basic recipe. Now go get creative!

Crispy Oven Fries – I’m a sucker for fries! These are healthier and just as tasty as the deep-fried version.

Israeli Salad – Take advantage of the seasonal juicy tomatoes and sweet bell peppers.

Cowboy Caviar – I also made this at an aforementioned church event and got a ton of requests for the recipe. Enjoy seasonal corn, tomatoes, bell pepper alongside black beans and black-eyed peas in this tasty dip that can also easily be turned into a salad.

Quinoa, Corn and Pea Salad – Swap out peas for in-season edamame and make this corn and quinoa salad sing!

Curried Chickpeas & Spinach – A quick and easy dish that’s mega flavorful.

What are some of your favorites on the September produce list? Any in particular that you would like to see a recipe for?
