Why Should I Eat More Plants?

Improved health! A plant forward diet is rich in nutrients, antioxidants and fiber which leads to better gut health, weight management, mental health and reduced risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and certain cancers. You don't have to go completely plant-based. The goal is simply to eat as many plants as possible.  Through eating more plants you can lose weight, reverse chronic illness and get off of medication for good.

  • Explore holistic practices to boost gut health, immunity and recovery and prevent systemic illness like hypertension, diabetes and high cholesterol.

  • Learn how to navigate restaurant menus and handle social situations with ease.
